How you can help

We at Park View4U are always looking for volunteers as without our volunteers we wouldn’t be able to provide the wide variety of activities on offer. There are many options available and some are listed below, also if you want to offer help in some other way get in touch.

Help out with the Café

Our Café is always looking for help, we always are a busy café during the summer season, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Work with our Site supervisor

With the help of our community Partners our Site supervisor maintains the site to ensure it’s in tip top condition for the general public.

Join in with our Junior Herbalist Group

Why not come and give a hand at the herbalist group and inspire the younger generation.

Work with visiting school groups

Our eco pod and education team are always welcoming new schools and repeat trips, so come and see what the kids enjoy so much.

Join the health walk

Come and get some fresh air, walk, have a chat and improve your health. Walks are held weekly.

Assist with the Gardening Club

Our kitchen garden is looking fantastic, fancy coming and seeing the fruits of your labour?

Help out at our special events

We run many special events during the year at Park View4U and always have a variety of positions available.

Come and see our wildlife groups and learn while you’re here.

Assist with the Sand and Water Play area

The sand and water play area is raked every day to ensure it is safe, clean and tidy – fancy a go ?

Community Partners

Park View 4U are proud and privileged to work with in partnership with a wide range of organisations to deliver a variety of community facilities and activities. These currently include:

Fylde Borough Council

We have a close working relationship and partnership agreement with Fylde Borough Council who support us in many aspects of our work but especially in ensuring the safe delivery and maintenance of the facilities on the Park View Playing fields.

We have also developed a new partnership with the Fylde Dunes Officer in support of our Beach School Education Programmes.

Fylde Borough Council also deliver a Wheels for All programme at Park View with a range of accessible bicycles

Lancashire, Manchester and North Merseyside Wildlife Trust

Monthly Wildlife Watch Club is run in conjunction with and supported by volunteers from the LWT and we also work in partnership with them to deliver our Beach School Education programme.

Namaste Herbal Healing

We offer a unique Junior Herbalist Club run by the National Education Officer and Medicinal Herbalist for the National Institute of Medicinal Herbalists, Mel Hornby. This has been running for 2 years and offers activities on the second Saturday of each month for year 1 and 2 Junior Herbalists.

Beau Baby

We are delighted that Rebecca has chosen our Eco Pod as the venue to deliver 2 Pregnancy Relaxations classes on a Wednesday evening as well as regular weekend Hypnobirthing courses

Gold Coast BMX Club

The Goldcoast BMX Club is based at the Park View park and meets for open practice on Saturday afternoons. The club is open to all and is a registered British Cycling Club.

Blackpool & the Fylde College

The college have delivered a range of education programmes from our EcoPod. Currently this includes a weekly Computer Course held every Monday Morning.

Arts Partnership For Fylde

We work with the Arts Partnership to bring accessible arts events and activities to the public - including a number of activities which have taken place as part of the 'Counterpart’ arts installations that were installed in Lytham alongside the Lytham Festival.

Love My Beach

Park View 4U’s Cafe and Eco Pod are proud to be certified ‘Love My Beach’ businesses and to work in partnership with them to promote protecting the Fylde coast beaches


We are delighted to work alongside the RNLI in promoting beach safety as part of our Beach School Education Programme


We work in partnership with the Fylde Coast YMCA to deliver a range of Sports, Health and Wellbeing activities

The Little Stage Company

Provide sound systems and compere our community events including Family Fun Day, Pancake Race, Easter egg and spoon race and activities

Fylde Family Cycling Club

Meets Saturday at 10am every 2 weeks for coaching sessions on the park to encourage young riders to feel confident on their bikes. Then at 1pm why not join our Family Cycle around Lytham and St. Annes returning to Park View, great fun and suitable for all abilities.
